性质描述: 白色至浅黄色app体或app性粉末。无臭,味酸。光线照射下逐渐发黑。干燥状态下,在空气中相当稳定。但在溶液中并在空气存在下迅速变质。于164~172℃熔化并分解。本品系抗坏血酸的异构体,化学性质类似于抗坏血酸,但几无抗坏血酸的生理活性作用(仅约1/20)。抗氧化性较抗坏血酸佳,价格亦较廉,但耐热性差。有强还原性,遇光则缓慢着色并分解。重金属离子会促进其分解。
极易溶于水(40g/100m1)。溶于乙醇(5g/100ml)。难溶于甘油。不溶于乙醚和苯。

First Aid Measures
